1) Answering questions from clients before and after purchase and providing a demonstration of the software to ensure it fits each client’s needs.
2) Achieve sales goals

4) You spend the majority of your time on the phone with customers to land a sale and maintain clients’ happiness.
5) Handling clients’ day-to-day queries.
6) Working on new clients to follow up, to increase sales.
7) MUST be able to exhibit strong verbal communication
8) Excellent English communication skills (writing and verbal)
9) Must be a team player
10) Performs other duties as assigned.
11) Exceptional at building relationships with clients, employees, and candidates through EXCELENT ENGLISH written and verbal communication.
12) Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
13) Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
14) Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software.
